We had a Zoom management meeting and decided to allow sponsors to send newsletters but limit the amount sent.
They will need to be in the form of a message to an appropriate list and that the amount allowed to be sent will be limited according to sponsorship level. Gold Sponsors will be allowed to send one newsletter per month, Silver sponsors every 2 months and Bronze sponsors every 4 months.
As always we do not share membership data with anyone, we do not allow access to our membership data, we don't track users other than in very general terms, ie OS used, screen size, country, pages accessed etc. All this data we use is anonymised so we just get percentages.
