Looking for T8 Fluorescent

Glenn Lee Dicus

Does anybody know where I can source about 30 full spectrum T8 fluorescent tubes?

Something along these lines:

I am liking to pick them up tomorrow near Los Angeles.

Thanks in advance,

I would try RST Visions in Color (formerly Visions in Color)  in Burbank
Call them - if they don't have  I bet they know who does

Would you be interested in T8 full spectrum (Ra 97+) LED tubes? Some weeks are needed for delivery though. If – for a next project – you’re interested please send an email to:

What I was looking for was a low cost, which is always the mitigating factor in my niche, solution.

It seams that to get what I want at a fair price point, time is the thing which would serve me best. Something I don’t have either.

I rang Vision in Color, and yes they have exactly what I want, but at a price point I could hardly justify at this point. Thanks Mark for that. I’ve dealt with them before, I just couldn’t recall their company name.

I am just going to go with the Home Depot’s Philips Deluxe T8 at 6500k and “CRI 90”. Though it’s hardly a dream solution, it will be much better than the mismatching tubes that are currently installed.

Thank you all for your input. Though I may not use your solutions today, I am always looking at alternated means to improve.

I’ve used worse bulbs with film and gotten away with it:-)
