I have an FS7 but never user Catalyst Browse.  What does Resolve say?

Unfortunately it seems that Sony is somewhat opaque when it comes to any API for XAVC, so I don't believe Resolve has any such access to reading metadata from the files. As far as I know, Catalyst programs like Browse or Prepare provide the only way to read the metadata.

Last time I tried it Resolve was able to read it fine.  Click on a clip and go to Inspector and make sure it is showing everything.

Glad you got a workflow.

Y'all be cool,
